Castellanos Consulting was founded in 2019 based on a conviction to improve the strategy execution for Construction Organizations. Despite its crucial importance, many organizations lack a sound strategy implementation plan. Even well-formulated and planned strategies are useless when they are not successfully executed. For decades survey after survey reveals that most strategies fail not because of a wrong formulation but because their wrong implementation.
Castellanos Consulting was founded to help construction organizations fully execute their strategies and create sustainable value for customers, employees, and society.
Wherever your strategy is, higher revenues, lower costs, higher employee and customer satisfaction, or better financial performance, I can help you accomplish it. I do this from both a scientific and a people-oriented perspective. The best strategies are based on facts and analyses, while successful execution requires people-management. I believe that strategy execution is more a science than an art.
For that reason, we created STEP, the STrategy Execution Process. A breakdown, step by step process that transforms a strategy definition in a real live example of excellent execution.
